Park House

“Park House” is a significantly sized property being Grade II Listed and constructed circa 1635. The property boasts some of the most beautiful original timber panelling we have recently seen in a residential property. The front façade also retains much of the original stonework around window openings. Our client had concerns over potential structural issues, which we were able to alleviate although our inspection did highlight internal damp issues requiring remediation in a traditional manner utilising internal Limework.
