The Old Vicarage

“The Old Vicarage” is a Grade II Listed constructed circa 1725 located within the Tong Village area of Bradford. The original property has been extended with a modern extension in keeping with the original building. The property was advertised as being in excellent condition but our Full Structural Survey highlighted significant structural movement to the rear of the original building and also potentially significant internal damp issues. As part of our service we provided budget costing for the required works, which were ultimately accepted by the vendor providing savings to our client in the region of £10,000.00.
